| Well it has certainly been an interesting week : ) and maybe a few of you still look at this.... Jason (those of you from HS, yes, THAT Jason) and some of his friends from med school came out over the weekend to go skiing. I met up with them for Saturday and Sunday and had sooo much fun. Nothing like trying to get 12 people to agree on anything. I drug them out to my favorite place in Salt Lake to eat and I think everyone enjoyed themselves. It was definitely weird to see Jason again. I mean seriously I haven't seen the kid since my senior year of HS but he was the same guy I remember. We chatted, played pool, and I got to dig him out of a snow bank....hahahaha. After all this fun I went to vist PA (this is where I'm moving next). Guess what?!? It totally blows. I don't think I can live somewhere that does not sell beer in the grocery stores. I don't mind having to buy beer in bulk but after 6 months in Utah just looking at 12 normal beers gives me a buzz. The area failed to impress more so then Toledo...the apartments were old and dingy, the neighborhoods were crumbling, and the nightlife did not exist. What is a girl to do? Geeze I do complain alot don't I. Well I shall just conclude with I skiied Saturday and Sunday and although the mountain kicked my ass I held my own and got some very good runs in. It is amazing the buzz I get from a good run...the burn in the leg muscles and everything. It is like in dance when I finally got the uber fast bit of choreography down w/o having to think about it. I need to ski more : ) | | |

I realize I do work for a german company now but cursing is not something she taught us. So I sit here, evaluting my career and life decisions. I dunno if I wanna work for these people, but they might not be the same since we were bought. I really like Salt Lake but there is nothing for me here. Where is a nice town where a girl can have a nice job that doesnt require a suit?? | | |
| Lets see....what has happened recently
Hung out with Ron. It was super awesome, but what else did I expect....
The operators aparently have some "issues" with me but only one of them has let me know so....seriously, i've been with these guys for the entire time i've been here. They can't tell me that they think i'm bugging them during 30 minutes of the day. I swear....

| Work, work, work....took some baby steps towards getting Phase II off the ground. The weather has gotten all cold again. Managed to catch some sort of cold and have completely lost my voice.
Lesson of the week:
The "Stopping" button stops the N2 compressor.
The "Stop" button does nothing.
And the "Stop" button on the N2 compressor only stops the oil pump.
120 million dollars and we can't effectively turn a compressor off in the field or in the control room. | | |
